Do I need one photo or two?+
Yes. One-Hand Slam Dunk needs one Dunker Photo. Middle Finger Dunk and Dunk on Your Friend need a Dunker Photo and a Defender Photo. Use one person per photo with a clear face and as much of the full body visible as possible.
Do I need to write a prompt or edit the video?+
No. The selected play supplies the action and audio direction. You choose the photos, court, and output quality; AI Dunk handles the generation workflow.
How long is the finished AI dunk video?+
Middle Finger Dunk and One-Hand Slam Dunk produce an 8-second video. Dunk on Your Friend produces a 12-second video. Every play uses a vertical 9:16 frame.
How many credits does one video use?+
A Standard 480p generation uses 50 credits. An HD 720p generation uses 100 credits. The credit charge is the same for all three plays.
What happens to my credits if generation fails?+
Credits are reserved when a generation starts and settled once a deliverable result is ready. A terminal generation failure releases the reserved credits.
Can I use a friend’s photo?+
Only when you have their permission and everyone shown is at least 13.
Can I upload a celebrity or public figure?+
No. Use your own photo or an image you are authorized to use.
Can I download the finished video?+
Yes. When a generation completes, the result page provides a download action and keeps the job available in My Creations.
How long is my photo kept?+
